What payment methods are accepted?
There are 4 accepted payment methods.You can pay for your products by Bank Transfer, Cash on Delivery, through PayPal or by Credit Card.

Is my information secure on your site?
We have strict rules to ensure your 100% security.

Is there a right of withdrawal?

What is meant by a discount code?
Discount codes are dedicated to registered users of our site and are sent during particular promotions, occasions and/or holidays. To receive them simply register on the site or subscribe to our newsletter.

Is it possible to pay by check?
No. The only payment methods accepted are those above.

What is 3D Secure Code?
3D Secure technology is based on the Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode programs and protects you from unauthorized use of your credit card. An added layer of security to Visa and MasterCard payments. If you do not yet have a Security Code you will need to register for the Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode programs and you can do this either during the payment process or activate it in advance on the Visa or MasterCard websites. You will be able to use the Security Code for all your online purchases. More and more online stores are requiring this additional Security Code in the interest of consumers.

How can I request an invoice?
To request an invoice, simply enter the necessary information in the “Additional Notes” field when entering the billing and delivery address.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs 15 euros is applied on each orders. If applicable, delivery charges are shown during the checkout process, before you are asked to confirm your order.

What are the delivery times?
Delivery times vary depending on the availability of the product and the type of payment selected. If the product is available, after 24 hours (time within which the order is editable) it is processed, packed and given to the courier. For more details visit the ‘Shipping and Delivery’ page.

Can I check the progress of the shipment?
Yes. After we have shipped your product from the warehouse, we will send an email confirmation of shipment with a tracking number included. To check the status of your order online, simply click on the link in the shipping notification.

What should I do if the package does not arrive undamaged?
In case of tampering and/or breakage, we recommend that you accept the package by writing ACCEPTED WITH RESERVE on the delivery receipt, indicating the anomalies found. Report any damage within seven days of receipt of the goods in the manner prescribed by the operator chosen for the shipment.

Do you ship abroad?
Yes, we also ship to other countries.

Which courier company handles shipping?
Shipping is done by Bartolini BRT express courier.

What happens if I get the wrong goods delivered?
In this case we will, at our expense, pick up the item in question and replace it if necessary.
